We issue the treasurer of the owners corporation with copies of all invoices from contractors and suppliers engaged each month with an authority summary report which must be signed off before payment is made to these suppliers.

Treasurers are provided with reports detailing the strata schemes half yearly Financial Position, Income & Expenditure & Levy Position reports for both the Administration Fund & Sinking Fund, and as requested.

All owners are provided with proposed annual budgets outlining future administration fund expenditure based on historical data and sinking fund expenditure based on sinking fund plans to determine required owner levy contributions. As well as the proposed budget, owners also receive the Final Balance Sheet, Final Income & Expenditure Account and Final Levy Position reports which are sent with Annual General Meeting notices.
