We endeavour to ensure that all Unit owners pay their levies within 30 days of the due date. Lot owners whose levies remain unpaid after the 30 days are sent reminder levy notices requesting payment of overdue levies. Lot owners who remain in arrears for more than 60 days are referred to our solicitor who will issue letters of demand and try to recover outstanding debts, leaving legal action against lot owners a last resort.

Under section 86 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, an owners corporation may recover contributions not paid together with any interest payable and the expenses the owners corporation incurred in recovering those amounts.
